Induction weekend for scouts and adults that were elected into the Order of the Arrow during the 2025 Troop election process. Ordeal Candidates MUST attend Friday night of Spring Conclave in order to complete their Ordeal. Spring Conclave is also an opportunity for Ordeal Members to complete their membership in the Lodge by completing their Brotherhood, if they completed their Ordeal no later than 2025 Fall Conclave.

Induction (Ordeal Candidate) - The first step toward full membership in the Order. During the experience, candidates maintain silence, receive small amounts of food, work on camp improvement projects, and sleep apart from other campers. The entire experience is designed to teach significant values. All candidates for membership must complete the Ordeal.

Brotherhood Membership (Brotherhood Candidate) - After 6 months of service as an Ordeal member and fulfilling certain requirements, a member may take part in the Brotherhood ceremony, which places further emphasis on the ideals of Scouting and the Order. Completion of this ceremony signifies full membership in the Order.

General Member - Lodge member that has completed Brotherhood at a previous conclave.

Golden Tomahawk - Discount Membership Program (covers all lodge events for the year paid by end of January).

VIP - Age 65 or Older.
